Reject QC → item returns to seller → wallet refund on AllChinaBuy. No international freight or GST/HST charges.
Wrong item / damage
Open a dispute within 7 days with QC photos. Escrow covers wrong variants when warehouse evidence is clear.
Lost parcel
Covered only with shipping insurance at checkout (~C$1–3). Without insurance, economy-line liability is limited.
CBSA / GST/HST disputes
Duties and GST/HST paid to CBSA are not refunded by AllChinaBuy — those are Canadian import charges. See our CBSA guide.
